Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
Correct. Six pieces of information—gender, birth date, health status, tobacco use, coverage amount and term—yield carrier quotes. Full personal details are gathered only if you choose to apply.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
These are quotes for your chosen health class. The carrier's underwriting may keep it, improve it, or change it—and your final rate reflects the class they assign. No quote here is binding or guaranteed.
What happens when I click Apply?
You provide your name, then move to the carrier's secure platform with your quote pre-filled. You can pause and return; all signing is online. Susman Insurance Agency (licensed 0B75129 in California) administers the application.
Will I need a medical exam?
It varies by insurer, coverage amount and your health. Carriers offering immediate decisions can approve eligible applicants quickly. Each quote notes whether an exam is required, might be, or won't be.
Is a longer term better?
Pick a term covering the years when your income matters most—a mortgage, dependent children, business debt. Longer terms cost more monthly but hold your rate flat longer. Compare all lengths (10 through 30 years) together in the tool.
Does this site sell my information?
No. The quote tool asks for nothing personal, we don't sell visitor information or data, and we measure visits without cookies. Read the privacy page for the complete accounting of what we collect and why.
